Future Build is more than a pre apprentice program. It functions as a champion of the willing. Convicted felons trying to turn around and live honorably, displaced or misunderstood adults, desperately seeking an honest career path, good, hardworking people bored with a limited job market, and unemployed salespeople who want to develop value beyond the pitch. My time with them was never lacking in the opportunity for valuable insight and broadened perspective.
